哈爾濱塑五有限公司新址位于哈爾濱市呼蘭區(qū)利民開發(fā)區(qū)北京東路，近呼蘭河口濕地，交通十分便利。公司定編218人，其中：各類專業(yè)技術(shù)及管理人員77人，占職工總數(shù)的35.3%。2011年，為了實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，按照黨中央“振興東北老工業(yè)基地”的指示精神，哈爾濱市政府確定了生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)陸續(xù)遷出城區(qū)的城市發(fā)展規(guī)劃。

耐老化膜（冷棚膜）：該膜以優(yōu)質(zhì)進口聚乙烯為主要原料，添加相關(guān)耐老化助劑，采用獨特的配方和工藝，由當今世界最頂級的先進設備——意大利Bandera三層共擠復合吹塑料薄膜生產(chǎn)線加工成型，所有機械力學性能指標均優(yōu)于國家標準。
Anti-aging film (cold covering film): the main raw material of this film is high-quality imported polyethylene. After adding related anti-aging auxiliaries and applying unique formulas and technology, the material will be processed and shaped by the world’s most leading and advanced equipment—Italian three-layer co-extrusion lamination blown film production line. All mechanical performance is better than that stipulated in the national standards.
